Why is the Current of the Laser Marking Machine Unstable?

The causes of unstable laser marking machine current

1. In the parameter setting, check whether the laser type is correct, it is the main reason for the continuous lighting failure.

2. Pull the nine-core control wire to see if it is loose.

3. Remove the control wire (nine-core wire) on the power supply, and press the shot button of the laser power supply to analyze whether it is the power supply or the motherboard failure.

4. The shot is normal, indicating that the power supply is not faulty.

5. The shot is not normal, indicating that there is a problem with the power supply.

6. When the power supply is normal, connect the control line and measure the switch control pins on the wiring board with a multimeter. When no light is on, the normal voltage is above 4 volts, and below 3 volts, the output of the main board is abnormal; when the light is on, the voltage of this pin should be below 2 volts, and the output is abnormal if it is higher than 2.5 volts.

7. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is intermittent, and whether there is a problem with the water protector.
