Why the Laser Marking Machine Power Indicator Does Not Light Up?

Sometimes when using the laser marking machine, there will be a series of problems, such as the power indicator light of the laser marking machine does not light up, how to troubleshoot the cause?

1. Confirm whether the power cable of the control box is connected properly.

2. Confirm whether the power switch of the control box is turned on.

3. The temperature of the control box is too high to start the overheat protection.

Please check if the fan on the back panel of the control box is working.

- If it does not work, please check if the fuse (2A) on the panel is blown and replace it.

- If it is working, please open the control box, check if the fuse (6A) on the control board is blown and replace it after power off.

4. The switch is damaged.

Open the control box after the fuse is replaced. If the fuse is still blown, please check whether the driver in the control box is damaged. If the driver is damaged, remove it, replace the fuse, then open the control box, and check whether the fuse is blown. If not, replace the driver.

Sometimes the fuses are continuously blown, which may be due to a short circuit or serious dirt inside the laser marking machine. At this time, it is necessary to gradually eliminate the line or clean the inside of the laser marking machine.
