Why Does the Laser Marking Machine Alarm?

There are generally three reasons for the alarm of the laser marking machine:

(1) The software does not work, the motherboard is loose.

Remove the motherboard and then plug it in, make sure it is plugged in properly;

(2) The cooling system is not turned on.

The temperature inside the laser condenser cavity is too high and the laser tube is destroyed. After the alarm is found, the cooling system should be turned on, and the laser tube should be checked. If it is confirmed damaged, it needs to be replaced in time.

(3) The water temperature in the cooling system is too high or the amount of water is not enough.

This requires adding distilled or ionized water to the cooling system tank, and check the water level frequently.
