The Red Light Suddenly Change to Be Vertical From Horizontal

Before, the red light was horizontal, so there was no problem in marking. After I turned it on today, it suddenly changed to such a vertical orientation (all the marking files saved before were changed to be vertical), and the laser marker could not work?

The parameter file may be damaged. The marking software did not exit normally, such as a direct power failure, which may cause this reason.

You can check whether the setting parameters of the software are correct. Such as lens range, correction size, red light calibration, etc. If the direction is wrong, set the reverse. If the machine can’t mark, check whether the selected laser type is correct.

If the laser marking machine installer has the backup software in the hard disk after installation, you can find it and use it directly.
