There is an H icon on the upper toolbar of the marking software interface, which is the Hatch function.

Select the part that needs to be filled and click the H icon.

2. In the pop-up Hatch window, check Mark Contour and Enable.

Then you can check the All calc as needed, or Follow edge on. These two can make the marking speed a little slower, so they can be unchecked under normal circumstances.

3. Hatch Type.

Generally use Optimization two-way hatch, which is the fastest.

4. Line Distance.

This is the most important setting in the Hatch function. The normal setting is 0.05mm. The smaller the value, the smaller the spacing will be filled.

The smaller the line distance, the slower the marking speed. So if you want to mark faster, you can increase this value.

The standard line distance is 0.05mm with normal speed and effect.

Others

The Average distribute line do not need to be checked, Edge Offset is set to 0, Start Offset is 0, End Offset is 0, and NumLoops is 0. The Loop distance is generally set to 0.5 mm.

Auto rotate angle is generally not checked. Can be set to 10 deg if desired.

The above completes the basic Hatch settings.

The Hatch function generally needs to be used with the power and speed of the laser marking machine.
