Several Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods of Laser Marking Machine Power Supply

The following faults are prone to occur during the use of laser marking machine, which are generally caused by the power supply.

Fault One

Phenomenon:

Turn on the main power switch, press the trigger button, the power does not start.

Reason:

The fault is due to the action of the protection circuit, so that the AC 380V voltage cannot be added.

Troubleshoot:

First, push on the "AC380V" power switch, press the power "Start" button, and observe whether the AC contactor works.

If it does not work, first see if the cooling system is working (whether the water is circulating). If the cooling system is normal, you should check whether the water pressure protection device caused by the water circulation is connected, otherwise, the AC contactor is damaged.

Fault Two

Phenomenon:

The laser marking machine works normally, but when the "current" button is adjusted, the power meter has no display and is always zero.

Reason:

If nothing is displayed, the power is faulty.

If it always shows zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted.

Troubleshoot:

Check whether the rectified DC voltage 12V of the transformer powered by the power meter is normal.

If it is normal, check whether the 3-pin of 7805 has 5V voltage. If there is no 5V, the 7805 three-terminal voltage regulator is damaged. After replacement, the fault is eliminated.
